Ingredients
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 mashed potato (boiled)
- 1 cup Chopped Frnugreek Leaves (chopped frnugreek)
- 1 tbsp Paste (chilly)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (turmaric powder)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,fenugreek,mashed potatoes,carrom seeds,turmeric powder,oil,mix well add required water and make soft Daugh
- Then make equals size balls and make oval shape paratha,and cook on roti Tawa by applying1 teaspoon oil both side,and cook light golden and serve with curd
