Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 mashed potato boiled
  • 1 cup Chopped Frnugreek Leaves chopped frnugreek
  • 1 tbsp Paste chilly
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder turmaric powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds

  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,fenugreek,mashed potatoes,carrom seeds,turmeric powder,oil,mix well add required water and make soft Daugh
  • Then make equals size balls and make oval shape paratha,and cook on roti Tawa by applying1 teaspoon oil both side,and cook light golden and serve with curd
