Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped frnugreek leaves
  • 1 tbsp chilly paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmaric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon carrom seeds

  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,fenugreek,mashed potatoes,carrom seeds,turmeric powder,oil,mix well add required water and make soft Daugh
  • Then make equals size balls and make oval shape paratha,and cook on roti Tawa by applying1 teaspoon oil both side,and cook light golden and serve with curd
