Easy healthy tasty homemade ice cream, its a big twisting n liking ice cream n healthy too,,, so dnt scare to give ice cream to ur kids , if they eat icecream, chocy, sweets, suddenly u give 1 cup of hot water everything will be fine.

Ingredients
- 2 Mashed Poataoes - 2 mashed poataoes
- 100 ml Coconut or milk thick milk
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Essence vennila
- 2 tsp Custard Powder
- 2 tsp Corn Flour

Instructions
- Boil un peeled poataoes in cooker 10 to 15 mins, Drain poataoes, when cool peel potatoes,The poataoes should be mushy, mash well
- Add sugar ,corn flour, and mashed poataoes into the blender, Followed by coconut milk blend until smooth
- Take 2 tsp of custard powder add little water mix well, without any lumps, Add 2 tsp of vennila extract and custard mix the flame should be normal, Mix well boil for 10 min, turn of the stove
- Cool for 10 min, Pour mixture into a medium bowl, Place bowl into a small amount of ice, freeze 7 to 8 hrs, Serve with ur favourite toppings...
Recipe Notes
Potatoes should be mushy,, place a bowl small amount of ice in bottom
