1 large potato thinly sliced
1 green chili finely chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Heat oil in pan. Place potato slices on all over the pan. Fry potato slices from both the sides on low flame till it become soft
Meanwhile, beat eggs together with salt and black pepper powder. Add coriander leaves and green chilies and again whisk eggs.
Pour egg batter into potatoes. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Potato egg omelette is ready to serve. Serve this hot
