Pointed Gourd Stuffed With Drumsticks

Drumsticks are seasonal vegetables and antivirus. It grows in spring season, so we should consume this medicinal vegetable. It produces heat that's why I added pointed gourd to balance the heat. Normally children don't like this type of veggies and aged person also get difficulty to chew. I think this is a good idea to feed them.

Ingredients
- ½ cup drumstick pulp
- 4 pointed gourd
- ¼ cup cashew nuts
- ¼ cup grated coconut
- ¼ cup poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- Green chillies
- Ginger
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Pink salt to taste

Instructions
- First of all steam the drumsticks and get the pulp and keep aside.
- Remove the thin membrane of pointed gourd then slice one sight to bring out the pulp.
- Now make a paste with drumstick pulp, pointed gourd pulp, grated coconut, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, ginger pink salt
- Heat mustard oil add onion seeds and the paste. Now do stir fry until the paste wil leave the pan.
- Now fill in the pointed gourd with the cooked paste. Then make them shallow fry.
