Very easy recipe which is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. It can be packed for tiffin box as a whole meal. Main purpose how to consume green vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 2 cup Vegetables (chopped)
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Chilli (red dry)
- leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Chop the vegetables and wash the poha then keep it separate.
- Heat oil add red chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add chopped vegetables, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Stir all ingredients, sprinkle little water, close the lid and cook. After then add poha and again mix properly. Now the recipe is ready to serve.
