Poha is a light and good for breakfast

Ingredients for Poha

  • 2 cup poha
  • 1/2 carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ground nut fried
  • 1/4 cup sprouted channa green
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • Green chilli chopped
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh curd
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to cook Poha

  1. Add one tbs oil in a heated pan. Add chopped carrot, curd, sprouts, ginger turmeric powder,salt and stir.
  2. Poha should be dipped in water for a minute. Then add poha stir.Add green chilli fresh coriander, garam masala, at last fried ground nut. Now ready to serve.
