Kids and young generation like pizza. So we can feed them more green vegetable through the recipe.

Ingredients for Pizza

  • 1/2 cup green zucchini
  • 1/2 cup yellow zucchini
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno
  • 1/2 tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 gms refine flour
  • Oil as required
  • Butter as required
  • Baking powder half tsp
  • 1 tsp yeast

How to cook Pizza

  1. Make a dough with flour, backing powder, yeast and salt.
  2. Keep the dough aside for half an hour. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 170 degree Celsius.
  3. Now spread the dough and roll. Add tomato sauce and in a sequence add green zucchini and yellow zucchini. Add jalapenos.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt.
  5. Cut four sides add mozzarella cheese. Fold four sides like a fish shaped.
  6. Bake for fifteen minutes.
  7. Now ready to serve.
