This is an energy booster with the goodness.of antioxidants present in the pineapple and the refreshng taste of mint . The concoction of ginger juice and black pepper adds a bit of spiciness to this juice and soothens the throat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 tsp Ginger juice
- 3-4 Mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Rock salt
- 1/2 cup Water
Garnishing
- 1/4 Pineapple bits
- 3-4 Mint leaves bits

Instructions
- Take two glasses and pour 1 tsp ginger juice in eac glass.
- Add chilled pineapple juice and water to the glasses.
- Crush fresh mint leaves and add to the juice
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and a little rock salt.
- Give it a nice stir garnish with pineapple pieces and mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
