Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger juice
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rock salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

Garnishing

  • 1/4 Pineapple bits
  • 3-4 Mint leaves bits

Instructions
 

  • Take two glasses and pour 1 tsp ginger juice in eac glass.
  • Add chilled pineapple juice and water to the glasses.
  • Crush fresh mint leaves and add to the juice
  • Sprinkle black pepper powder and a little rock salt.
  • Give it a nice stir garnish with pineapple pieces and mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
