This is an energy booster with the goodness.of antioxidants present in the pineapple and the refreshng taste of mint .The concoction of ginger juice and black pepper adds a bit of spiciness to this juice and soothens the throat.
Juice of pineapple 1cup
Ginger juice 2 teaspoon
Mint leaves a few
Black pepper powder and rock salt 1/4 teaspoon each
Water 1/2 cup
Bits of pineapple and mint leaves for garnishing
Take two glasses and pour 1 tsp ginger juice in eac glass.
Add chilled pineapple juice and water to the glasses.
Crush fresh mint leaves and add to the juice
Sprinkle black pepper powder and a little rock salt.
Give it a nice stir garnish with pineapple pieces and mint leaves.
