Pineapple Coconut Rabri is typical Indian dessert, and delicious one .
Very easy to prepare yet yummy and refreshing.

Ingredients
- Pineapple chopped - one cup.
- Dessicated coconut -1/2 cup
- Full cream milk 1/2 litre or 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 2tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp or as per taste
- Pistachio chopped - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- For decoration
- some colourful sprinklers
- Pineapple chunks
- Chopped pistachios

Instructions
- Boil milk in a deep pan on a low flame.
- Keep stirring to evaporate water as the milk thickens.
- Heat another pan and add chopped pineapple, and sugar .
- Cook for at least 5 min at medium flame to evaporate water.
- Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and chopped pistachio.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and let it come to room temperature.
- Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Keep a serving glass also in fridge
- For serving take out the glass from the fridge and place some pineapple chunks in the glass.
- Pour chilled rabri into serving glasses.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios pineapple chunks and sprinklers. Enjoy!!!
