Pineapple & Semolina Halwa

Ingredients
- Semolina – ½ Cup
- Ghee – ½ Cup
- Sugar – ½ Cup
- Pineapple – ½ Cup Chopped
- Raisins – 5 to 7
- Pistachios – 5 to 7 sliced
- Cashews – 8 to 10 sliced
- Water – Around 1 ½ Cups
- Green Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
- Saffron – few strands dipped in 1 tbsp warm water

Instructions
- Heat ghee in kadhai and add semolina. Cook and stir continuously till it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped pineapple. Mix well. Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 mins.
- Now add water and saffron water. Mix it and again cover it with the lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add sugar and mix. Stir continuously till the moisture evaporates.
- Add green cardamom powder, raisins and mix well.
- Garnish with the sliced cashews and pistachios. Serve hot.
