Peas Bajra Roti

Delicious and tasty roti prepared using Bajra flour and fresh green peas. This can be served as healthy breakfast along with Raita or chutney.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Bajra flour
- 1/4 Cup Peas
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Green chilli sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Jeera
- A pinch of hing
- 2 Spring of curry leaves
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil + extra for smearing
- 3/4 Cup Water

Instructions
- Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add jeera / Cumin seeds followed by hing, sliced onion, curry leaves and finely chopped ginger.
- Saute till it turns light brown color and add peas along with salt. Simmer, cover and cook for couple of minutes. Add the measured water and let it boil.
- Simmer the flame and add the bajra flour and keep stirring to get a dough. Remove from the flame and divide the dough into 4 - 5 balls. Take aluminum flour or banana leaves and place one bajra ball on it.
- Slowly pat the dough using wet fingers to prepare like roti. Heat tawa, place the roti and smear little oil. Cook both the sides and remove from the flame.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough. Serve hot with Raita or Chutney.
