  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • Tomato remove seeds- 1 finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber finely chopped
  • 2 leaves Coriander chopped â
  • to Green Chillies finely chopped taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Dry Mango Powder dry mango powder- 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • to Chaat Masala taste
  • to Red Chili Powder taste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Heat the pan and dry roast peanuts in low flame to avoid burning. You can use store bought roasted peanuts too with or without skin. It’s good to use peanuts with skin to add some extra crunch in your chaat.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the roasted peanuts at the end. Mix well and serve immediately.
