Peanut Chaat Recipe

Ingredients
- Peanuts- 1 cup
- Finely chopped Onion- 1
- Finely chopped tomatoes remove seeds- 1
- Finely chopped cucumber- ¼ cup
- Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon
- Finely chopped green chilies to taste
- Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
- Amchur powder Dry Mango Powder- 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat the pan and dry roast peanuts in low flame to avoid burning. You can use store bought roasted peanuts too with or without skin. It’s good to use peanuts with skin to add some extra crunch in your chaat.
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add the roasted peanuts at the end. Mix well and serve immediately.
