Pointed gourd which is call in parwal on hindi. This is very nutritious and digestive.
After completing the sweet we forget this is made by vegetable.

Ingredients
- 4-5 piece big sizes parwal
- 1 cup Home made mawa
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- Rose syrup as required
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts

Instructions
- Peal out the skin and seeds of parwal. Make a sugar syrup and cook for five minutes add rose water. Peel out the pointed gourd.
- Take out the seeds from inside the gourd. Add into the sugar syrup and boil for five minutes.Take out from syrup and spread in a plate.
- Add mawa in a heated pan add sugar powder crushed nuts cardamom stir till non sticky. Fill into the pointed gourd.
- Now parwal stuffed with mawa sweet and garnish with nuts.
