Ingredients
  

  • Pappads 3 Cut them into small pieces
  • Tamarind – A big lemon size Prepare the juice and keep it aside
  • Sambhar powder – 4 tea spoons
  • Jagerry a small gooseberry size
  • For seasoning: Mustard seeds 2 red chillies, Fenu greek 1 tea spoon & Thur Dal
  • Gingelly oil 3 tb spoons and Hing ½ tea spoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan with the 3 tb spoons of gingelly oil. Add the things  given for seasoning.

  • When the fenugreek becomes brown add the pappad pieces. When they get fried add the 4 tea spoons of  sambhar powder to the oil  and fry well.

  • Then pour the tamrind juice into the pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and hing. Add the jagerry piece now. Allow them to boil well till becomes thick. Add curryleaves.
