Ingredients
- Pappads 3 Cut them into small pieces
- Tamarind – A big lemon size Prepare the juice and keep it aside
- Sambhar powder – 4 tea spoons
- Jagerry a small gooseberry size
- For seasoning: Mustard seeds 2 red chillies, Fenu greek 1 tea spoon & Thur Dal
- Gingelly oil 3 tb spoons and Hing ½ tea spoon

Instructions
- Heat the pan with the 3 tb spoons of gingelly oil. Add the things given for seasoning.
- When the fenugreek becomes brown add the pappad pieces. When they get fried add the 4 tea spoons of sambhar powder to the oil and fry well.
- Then pour the tamrind juice into the pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and hing. Add the jagerry piece now. Allow them to boil well till becomes thick. Add curryleaves.
