About this Recipe

Bangladeshi recipe has similarities with some Bengali recipe. Bangladeshi is our neighbor country. Most of the recipes are adopted. I also learned some recipes from forefathers blessed to my mother.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 cup grated papaya
  • 1/2 cup couscous paste
  • 1/2 cup mustered paste
  • 1/2 coconut paste
  • 2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp mustered oil
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Take a mixing bowl add grated papaya, couscous paste, mustered paste, coconut paste, green chilli paste, salt and mustered oil.
  2. Papaya Paturi (bangladeshi)
  3. Take a leaf of bottle gourd add 2 tbsp mixed paste and wrap.
  4. Papaya Paturi (bangladeshi)
  5. Take a frying pan heat add oil and shallow fry the wrapped leaves.
  6. Serve with steam rice
Notes

Leaves also eatable.
