Papar should be masala mix

Ingredients for Papar Poori

  • Baked papar
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to cook Papar Poori

  1. Make a smooth Doug with Maida backing powder pinch of salt and sugar.
  2. Add oil and curd become fluffy keep 5-6 hours
  3. Baked papar should be crushed. Papar should be masala mix.
  4. Now spread the Doug gently as much as you and fill with masala papar. Again spread gently. Dipped fried.
  5. Serve with Chola or whatever you like.
