Ingredients for Papad Raita

  • Black urad Papad
  • 2 cup curd
  • 1/2 shredded coconut
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

How to cook Papad Raita

  1. Roast Papad and crush it.
  2. Whisk curd, add boiled water and shredded coconut.
  3. Add crushed papad to curd.
  4. Temper it with Tadka of Dry chilli and mustard seeds.
