Panna Cotta With Orrange Rind

Panna cotta (Italian for "cooked cream") is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded.

  • 2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar as per taste
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/1/4 teaspoon gelatine powder
  • 1 tbsp Orange rind grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • greps for garnishing


  • dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup warm water,boil cream,milk in a heavy bottom pan stir continuously,add orange rind,sugar and vanilla essence ,cook for 5 to 7 minute on slow flame with string.
  • switch the flame add gelatine mix well,pour the mixture in short glasses or small plastic bowls, keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours, garnish with grapes and serve chilled.
