Ingredients
- 2 cup Cream (fresh)
- 1/2 cup Sugar (as per taste)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/1/4 tsp Gelatine Powder (gelatine powder)
- 1 tbsp Orange Rind (grated)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Garnishing (greps for)

Instructions
- dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup warm water,boil cream,milk in a heavy bottom pan stir continuously,add orange rind,sugar and vanilla essence ,cook for 5 to 7 minute on slow flame with string.
- switch the flame add gelatine mix well,pour the mixture in short glasses or small plastic bowls, keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours, garnish with grapes and serve chilled.
