About this Recipe

Paneer toast is a healthy option for breakfast.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250 gram spinach
  • 2-3 pods of garlic(crushed garlic is always better than chopped, as it generates a juice which helps in preventing cancer)
  • 100 gram Cottage cheese
  • 50 gram chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp of mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and chilli flakes according to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 4 slice of white bread
  • 4 tbsp of oil for heating
How to cook?
  1. Wash, pat dry and shred spinach.
  2. Heat oil, add crushed garlic and spinach. Cook till all the water evaporates.
  3. Grate paneer, add coriander leaves and grated mozzarella cheese (2 tbsp).
  4. Add cooked spinach, salt and pepper powder to the above paneer mixture.
  5. Spread this mixture on the bread slice, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red chilli flakes .
  6. Grill in over( 210 degree) for 4 minutes.
