A popular paneer recipe prepared from marinating paneer chunks with pieces and yoghurt and grilled in Tandoor or tava. basically this is dry version of paneer tikka which is basically served as a party starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams of paneer
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour besan
  • 1/4 kab kar rahi curd dahi dahi
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
  • 1 one teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 medium sized Capsicum
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • Some salt to taste
  • Food colour optional

Instructions
 

  • Roast gram flour besan till raw smell goes. In a bowl take one fourth Cup thick curd
  • Add ginger garlic paste red chilli powder jeera powder garam masala powder black pepper powder nutmeg powder salt according to taste one teaspoon cooking oil and the roasted gram flour besan lemon juice food colour optional turmeric powder mix nicely
  • Now add paneer cubes give a gentle mix
  • Capsicum and onion cutting to the pieces and added to a mixture mix well and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes
  • After marination take some skewers and arrange one paneer Piece one onion and then one capsicum piece again a Paneer piece and repeat the same process
  • Make all skewers ready for Shallow frying
  • Heat a Pan apply some cooking oil and place all the ready skewers.
