Ingredients for Paneer Sandwich

  • 8 slices fresh, soft sandwich bread
  • 1 cup crumbly paneer
  • 1 large onion chopped very fine
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 medium capsicum chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter as needed

How to cook Paneer Sandwich

  1. 1. Mix the grated paneer with chopped vegetables, salt, red chilly powder, black pepper and keep aside. 2. Lay the slices of bread on a clean cutting board and butter. Now put generous amount of the prepared paneer mixture on 4 of the slices. Spread to cover entire slice. Top with another buttered slice. 3. Put this in sandwich toaster until the bread turns crispy and brown. 4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or a chutney.
