Paneer Razala

Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer cubes
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 2-3 whole red chilli
- 10-12 black pepper corn
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 coconut milk
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp all ground masala
- 2 tsp cashew nut paste
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- Oil as required
- Oil as require
Instructions
- Shallow fry the paneer cubes and keep aside. Then in the same pan add oil whole red chilli and black pepper corn. Remove the fried red chilli.
- Now add ginger paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir fry till brown. Then add hung curd cashew nut paste. Again stir add coconut milk and paneer cubes. Close the lid for a minute.
- Open the lid add all ground masala. Serve with red fried chilli and fresh cream.
