Ingredients
- Paneer 200 Gm
- Raw Mango Grated 100 Gm
- Finely Chopped Onions 1 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour ¼ Cup
- Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
- Chat Masala 1 Tsp
- Chopped Green Chillies 1 Tbsp
- Salt
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Sugar A Pinch
- Chopped Coriander 1 Tbsp
- Oil As Required
- Chopped Mangoes 1 Cup
- Chopped Tomatoes ½ Cup
- Roasted Peanuts ¼ Cup
- Chat Masala 1 Tsp
- Black Salt ½ Tsp
- Black Pepper ½ Tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
- Salt
- Low-Fat Yogurt 2-3 Tbsp

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl take grated Paneer,grated raw mango,plain flour,green chillies,salt,a pinch of sugar,black pepper,chat masala and mix.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the onions. Allow it to cool for few minutes.Now add onions and coriander in the mixture and form the cutlet dough.
- Divide the mixture in 8-10 equal parts and shape the cutlets.Take cornflour in a plate and roll the cutlets in it.
- Take a non-stick pan and place the cutlets and shallow-fry in little oil till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
- Take a mixing bowl and add mango, tomato and peanuts and add all the seasoning and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well.Serve chilled with the Cutlets.
