Paneer Pepper Rice

  • 2 bowl boil rice
  • 150 gm paneercubes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cheesegrated
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Chillyflakes
  • Oil
  • Greenchilly
  • Onion


  • First boil rice and drain excess water and keep in a side. Now in a pan take oil and saute paneer cubes adding oregano and salt. And take out. Now saute capsicum, chilly, onion, garlic and ginger. Add salt, chilliflakesandpepper oregano as per your


  • See paneer is winning in battle of paneer vs.  Chicken.  Easy to cook, no need to clean, mix fast with other ingredients, not taking long too cook.  I can preserve paneer in fridge.  V healthy for calcium and protein that all knows.  In my recipe it’s with rice.  Like rice it mix v easily with roti, dal and sabji…..
