Once I was in hurry so i was thinking about a easy recipe. I saw paneer in my freeze that day I made this recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jaggery syrub
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup refine flour

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, refine flour, semolina, salt, cinnamon powder, black pepper, grated coconut, jaggery syrup and mashed paneer.
  • Make a batter with all these ingredients. Take a frying pan brush with refine oil and spread the batter. Turn both sides. Garnish with grated paneer and serve.

Notes

It is full meal.
