- In a bowl add paneer, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder. Knead it until you are able to form a smooth dough
- Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Make one thread sugar syrup by adding 1 ½ cups of water and green cardamom powder.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls on low heat until they are golden in colour.
- Drain and soak into the sugar syrup for 20-30 mins. Serve Hot.
