Ingredients for Paneer Jamun

  • Crumbled homemade Paneer – 1 Cup
  • All Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – to deep fry
  • Sugar – 2 Cup
  • Green Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

How to cook Paneer Jamun

  1. In a bowl add paneer, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder. Knead it until you are able to form a smooth dough
  2. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Make one thread sugar syrup by adding 1 ½ cups of water and green cardamom powder.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls on low heat until they are golden in colour.
  5. Drain and soak into the sugar syrup for 20-30 mins. Serve Hot.
