  • 500 gm Paneer
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 2 sliced Tomato without seeds
  • 2 sliced Capsicum
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 3 to Rry Chillies -3To4 rry chillies
  • 1 tsp Red Chillies pow
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Masala haram
  • Ginger cut into strips


  • Heat oil in pan,add cumin seeds,red chili,saute till cumin seeds are brown
  • Cut paneer into pieces Add onion, tomato, capisium to the pan and toss it, add red chilly p haldi green chilly and toss it again Add vinegar,ginger,tomato sauce ,mix well,add paneer salt and sauté it for a min,add garam masala and ready to eat

  •  Cook on  high flame 
  • Just Tose the vegetables
