Ingredients for Paneer Jalfrezi

  • Paneer -500g
  • Onions -2 sliced
  • Tomatoes -2sliced (without seeds )
  • Capsicum -2sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds -1tsp
  • Oil -2tsp
  • Rry chillies -3to4
  • Red chilly pow -1tsp
  • Haldi -1/2tsp
  • Vinegar -1/2tsp
  • Tomato sauce -1/2cup
  • Haram masala -1/2tsp
  • Ginger -cut into strips

How to cook Paneer Jalfrezi

  1. Heat oil in pan,add cumin seeds,red chili,saute till cumin seeds are brown
  2. Cut paneer into pieces Add onion, tomato, capisium to the pan and toss it, add red chilly p haldi green chilly and toss it again Add vinegar,ginger,tomato sauce ,mix well,add paneer salt and sauté it for a min,add garam masala and ready to eat

  •  Cook on  high flame 
  • Just Tose the vegetables
