Paneer gulabjamun is a delicious dessert It's melts in the mouth

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Paneer -50g
  • Khoya -200g
  • Maida -50g
  • Baking pow -pinch
  • Cardamom pow -1/2tsp
  • Suji -20g
  • Pistachios
  • Sugar -1cup
  • Oil for frying
How to cook?
  1. Take a bowl add khoya paneer maida baking pow sooji cardamom pow and mix it well H
  2. Add little bit water and make it into a dough and kneed the dough well Divide the dough into small equal part take a small portion of dough
  3. roll it with your hands into a small balls if you can stuffed dry food you can stuffed it
  4. Take a pan add sugar and water and bring it to boil and boil till syrup is one string consistency
  5. Heat oil in a pan fry the jamuns in low flame till they are golden brown Add these jamuns to hot sugar syrup soak for thirty min

Paneer gulabjamun is perfect dessert for dinner or lunch  everyone like julabjamuns   Fry on low flame otherwise gulabjamun is burn
