Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 200 gm Khoya
  • 50 gm Maida
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 20 gm Suji
  • 5-6 Pistachios
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add khoya, paneer, maida, baking powder, sooji, cardamom powder, and mix them well.
  • Add a little water and form it into a dough, then knead the dough well. Divide the dough into small equal parts and take a small portion of the dough.
  • Roll it with your hands into small balls. If you can stuff it with dry food, go ahead and stuff it.
  • Take a pan, add sugar and water, and bring it to a boil. Boil until the syrup reaches a one-string consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the jamuns over low flame until they turn golden brown. Then, add these fried jamuns to the hot sugar syrup and let them soak for thirty minutes. Serve!

Notes

Paneer gulabjamun is perfect dessert for dinner or lunch  everyone like julabjamuns   Fry on low flame otherwise gulabjamun is burn
