Ingredients
  

  • Ghee or oil for frying
  • 750 gm Paneer
  • 2 Potato boiled, medium small cubed
  • 1 Onion large, chopped
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 2 Green chili deseeded,chopped
  • 1 Carrot medium size grated
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 Coriander leaves chopped -2 tbsp
  • 1 cup Processed cheese 60 G
  • 1 Black Cumin Shahi jeera -1 tsp
  • 1-2 Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds save 1 tsp
  • 5 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Cumin Shahi jeera -1 tbsp
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ cup Water 75ml
  • ½ cup Salt
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ tbsp Black Cumin Shahi jeera- ½
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped - 2 tbsps
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • ½ cup Cream save 2 tsps

Instructions
 

  • Slice the block of paneer into rectangles of 1/2 inch thickness (trimming can be added to the filling).

For Filling

  • Mix all the ingredients (Boiled potato, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Green chillies, Ginger chopped, Coriander leaves, Processed cheese, Black Cumin (Shahi jeera), Salt, Black pepper and Pomegranate seeds) together for filling.
  • Stuff this filling paneer slices (cut in rectangular shape) and roll it

For Batter

  • Make batter by mixing all ingredients (Corn flour, Maida, Pepper Powder, Black Cumin (Shahi jeera), Turmeric Powder, Water and salt) except bread crumbs.
  • Dip paneer rolls in batter and roll them in breads crumbs. Shallow fry till golden brown.

For Sauce

  • Heat butter, saute black cumin & onion till transparent. Add spices, Tomato Ketchup, salt, kasoori methi, cream & coriander leaves.
  • Serve the paneer rolls garnished with sauce,cream & pomegranate seeds

Notes

  • These Rolls are high in calories but also rich in calcium from paneer and vitamin C from vegetables.
