Paneer Bhurji is very simple and easy to cook recipe which need very less time and simple ingredients to cook. You can make Paneer Bhurji for the breakfast as it need very less preparation and take only 10 minutes to cook.

  • Paneer – 200 gms
  • Medium sized Onion – 1
  • Tomato- 1
  • Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Green chilies- 2
  • Chopped Green coriander- 2 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt


  • Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds, chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste fry till brown.
  • Add the chopped chillies and tomatoes, fry till the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
  • Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and little water to cook and combine all the ingredients.
  • Add grated Paneer and salt cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till the Paneer mix with the cooked masala and start living some oil.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti, paratha or with brown bread.
