Ingredients
- 1 cup Groundnut €“ 1 Cup (groundnut â)
- small cup Onion (chopped sized â)
- 2 Green Chillies (â)
- 1 pinch Cardamom (grounded â)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 cloves €“ 2 (â)
- 1 inch Cinnamon (â)
- 2 tbsp Grated Coconut (â)
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped â)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (chopped â)
- 2 tbsp Oil (â)
- 2 pinches Turmeric
- red chili powder (â as required)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 cup Water (â)

Instructions
- Boil the peanut with salt and water. Keep it aside.
- Grind the onion along with the spices provided in the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the grounded paste and fry until it turns golden brown in colour.
- Add the boiled peanuts along with water and turmeric. Cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame.
- Now add red chilli powder and cook it for 5 more minutes. Add salt if required.
- Once cooked properly, remove it from the stove. Garnish and serve it hot with rice or chapati.
Recipe Notes
Cook the paste over a low flame until it turns golden brown in colour. It provides an add-on for the gravy.
