Spinach is extremely healthy to eat. We should put more focus on researching oth It is also rich protein and vitamins that include vitamin A vitamin C and vitamin E. Quinoa is a very healthy grain .Quinoa is nutrition, such as being high in antioxidants, vitamins,minerals and protein this snack is combination of palak and quinoa.as quinoa taste is not like by kids or even we also but if we make kabab it is healthy and tasty also.it is low fat snack..

Ingredients
  

  • Quinoa-1cup
  • Palak-1small bunch
  • Boiled potato-1
  • Green chilli-2-3
  • Mix veggies 1/4 cup potional
  • Cornflour-2tbls
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chat masala-1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala-1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil-1tbls+shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Wash and finely cut the palak and vegetables.
  • Heat 2cup water.when boil add quinoa and veggitables. Boil for five minutes. Remove from fire.
  • Add palak and cover it. Leave aside for 15-20 minutes Drain all the water.
  • Add all the ingredients and mix well Add 1tbls oil to this mixture.
  • Make desired shape balls
  • Heat non stick Tawana or pan. Apply oil on tawa. Fry kabab on bothe sides till brown. Apply little oil in between
  • Serve with chutney or sauce.
