Palak Paneer Sunflower Pie

Ingredients
- Maida-250g
- Butter -125g
- Mix herbs -1/2tsp
- Chilly flakes -1/2tsp
- Ginger garlic and chilly paste -1tsp
- Salt
- Chilled water
- For filling
- Butter -1tsp
- Chopped onion -1/2cup
- Ginger garlic paste -1/2tsp
- Boiled patoto -2
- Paneer -1/2cup
- Blanch and chopped palak -1cup
- Chilly flakes -1/2tsp
- Mix herbs
- Cheese -1/2cup
- Salt
- Pepper -1/4tsp
Instructions
- Method Take a bowl add maida and chilled butter and mix it well add garlic paste herbs salt chilly flazes and little bit chilled water and make a soft dough
- Keep it in the freeze for ten min Now heat a pan add butter on it add chopped onion and sauté it
- now add garlic paste chilly flazes and add potato paneer and add palak and mix it well add salt and pepper and mix it well When the mixture is cool down add cheese and mix it well
- Now take a dough divide into two portion roll ite dough with the help of balen and make a thick sheet Cut the sheets any type of sharp thali Apply same method to the second sheet
- place one sheet on butter paper apply one full spoon of Paneer filling in the center take a feeling of paneer in the corner of the sheet take second sheet put it on the first one seal the corners with the help of folk .
- press it in the middle of the sheet press it and put small katori in the middle of sheet take a knife and cut the sides in equal portion and fold like a flower Patel apply some butter wash in the flower and bake for 40 to45min at 180c
Notes
- The sheet should not be thin
- The filling should be cold
