Ingredients
- Spinach leaves 20 to 25
- Salt
- gm flour 4 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 pinch
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Garam masla as required .

Instructions
- Clean the leaves and wash them and then pet dry with a soft cloth. Mix the gram flour, salt, and spices instead of oil in a large bowl and make a thick batter by adding the water.
- Now apply the mixture onto the spinach leaves one by one and make a bundle at least 6 leaves. Boil the water in steamer and steam the bundles till they cook.
- Cool them and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and golden fry the pieces. Serve hot with green chutney.
