Palak bahar: Everyday consuming spinach in any way is very good for health. But we should carefully consume high amount of oxalic acid in spinach may form calcium oxalate stones in the kidney.

Ingredients
- ¼ bowl spinach paste
- 1 tbsp tomato chilli paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 potatoes medium sized
- 2 broccoli medium sized
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Boil little water put spinach then boil for a minute. Now keep in cold or normal water. Then make a paste and keep separate.
- Make another paste with tomato, green chillies, garlic and ginger keep separate.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and sesame seeds. Add masala paste and spinach paste then stir continuously.
- Add potato, broccoli, salt and garam masala. Sprinkle little water to cook. After a minute it will ready to serve.
