Ingredients
- Flour water chestnut-250 gm shinghade
- 5 Potato boiled
- 2 piece Banana raw
- 250 gm Gaggery-250 Gm gaggery
- 250 gm Hung Curd
- 1 tsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Pomegranate peeled
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 3 bowl Sesame Oil
- 10 Raisins

Instructions
- First of all make a dough for papdi with shinghada (Water chestnut) flour and two boiled potatoes. Make a perfect dough. Make a flat small sized round papdi and fry them on slow flame. Cut the chips of raw banana and fry the chips
- Cut the boiled potato in round pieces and deep fry.
- For Chutney: Take jaggery and add cup of water boiled this .Add some salt, red chilli powder and some raisins .Make a thick Chutney
- Keep a aloo tikki in between two papdi .Set 4-5 pieces in a bowl .Add salt , red chilli powder .Add Chutney and hung curd , lemon juice, green chilli ,chopped coriander .
- Garnishing- garnish with pomegranate, potato chips, and banana chips.
