Ingredients
- 1 and a half cup all purpose flour
- 1 and a half tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup thick yoghurt
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Half cup any oil or melted butter
- Half cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- A tbsp of orange zest grate the outer peel of orange

Instructions
- In a bowl sift three times: 1 and a half cup all purpose flour, 1 and a half tsp baking powder, half tsp baking soda.
- In another bowl take three fourth cup thick yoghurt. Whisk it. Add three fourth cup powdered sugar.
- Whisk till smooth.
- Add half cup any oil or melted butter. Add half cup freshly squeezed orange juice and a tbsp of orange zest.( grated the outer peel of orange).
- Whisk till its a smooth mixture. Gradually add the flour.
- With a spatula keep folding it till everything is well incorporated.
- Pour this in a loaf tin.
- Preheat oven. Bake this for about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Remove and cool it completely and cut into slices.
