Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/4 teaspoon Bakeing soda
- Salt
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Pinch of Sambar powder/podi powder
- Few bunch of Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger paste

Instructions
- Mix 1 cup semolina & 1 cup curd with little water. Set aside for 10 min.
- Grate some carrot andlittle ginger, chop onion, tomato, and veg of ur choice and set aside
- After 10 min add more water to the samolina paste mix well. to ur desired consistency, ( little thicker then dosa batter). Add salt 1/4tsp soda p & Ginger paste.
- Heat tawa, little oil, wipe with paper tissue, sprinkle water, after it sizzle add 1big spoonfull batter spread, after a min sprikle the grated carrot, onion, coriander, tomato on top. After 2 min gently press the veg on top. Add oil on the sides.
- Add podi powder or samber powder on the top of uttapam. Flip after 3 min.
