Famous street food, south Indian, quick recipe
1 cup Semolina
1 cup Curd
1/4 tsp Bakeing soda
Salt as per taste
Pinch of Sambar powder/podi powder
Few bunch of Coriander leaves
1/2 cup Water
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
Mix 1 cup semolina & 1 cup curd with little water. Set aside for 10 min.
Grate some carrot andlittle ginger, chop onion, tomato, and veg of ur choice and set aside
After 10 min add more water to the samolina paste mix well. to ur desired consistency, ( little thicker then dosa batter). Add salt 1/4tsp soda p & Ginger paste.
Heat tawa, little oil, wipe with paper tissue, sprinkle water, after it sizzle add 1big spoonfull batter spread, after a min sprikle the grated carrot, onion, coriander, tomato on top. After 2 min gently press the veg on top. Add oil on the sides.
Add podi powder or samber powder on the top of uttapam. Flip after 3 min.
