Ingredients
- Okra /lady finger 1/2 kg
- 2 Large size potato
- Salt
- Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Croainder powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Onion paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Chopped tomato 1 cup
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash the okra and cut into two,wash and cut potato too.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the okra and potato
- Now add remaining oil and pop the fenugreek seeds then saute the ginger,garlic and onion paste.
- Add dry spices and cook 2 minute ,add tomatoes again cook the masala till oil separates.
- Add okra ,potato and 2 large cup of water,cook with cover .
- Add dry mango powder and garam masala switch off the gas.
- Serve with boiled rice .
