Ingredients
- Maida 2 cup
- Suji 1/2 cup
- Began 1/4 cup
- Butter 50 gms
- White channa boiled 250gms
- Roasted cumin powder black pepper, salt to taste
- Fresh coriander chutney

Instructions
- Make a smooth Doug with Maida suji besan butter and pinch of salt chilled water
- Spread the Doug cut in a square shape. Keep in a grill to curve shape
- Now in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Both sides to be heated.
- Make the filling with boiled channa add spice
- Serve with chutney and fresh coriander
