About this Recipe

Just like spicy and tangy

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • Began 1/4 cup
  • Butter 50 gms
  • White channa boiled 250gms
  • Roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chutney
How to cook?
  1. Make a smooth Doug with Maida suji besan butter and pinch of salt chilled water
  2. Spread the Doug cut in a square shape. Keep in a grill to curve shape
  3. Now in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Both sides to be heated.
  4. Make the filling with boiled channa add spice
  5. Serve with chutney and fresh coriander
