About this Recipe

Oats paneer rolls are nutritious sweets made of paneer, oats and dry fruits.They are rich in dietary fibre which helps in lowering blood cholesterol and are effective in weight loss.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Paneer grated : 1 cup
  • Rolled oats : 1 tbsp
  • Castor sugar / powder sugar : 2-3 tsp
  • Peanuts : 1 tbsp
  • Cashewnuts : 2 tbsp
  • Few pistachio for garnish
  • Orange marmalade : 1 tsp for garnish
  • Rose petals : few for garnish
  • Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp

How to cook?
  1. Grind peanuts and dry roasted cashewnuts to a coarse powder and keep aside.
  2. Now in a bowl mix together Grated paneer, dry roasted oats, sugar and half of the dry fruits powder and cardamom powder.
  3. Now make rolls of this mixture.
  4. In a plate keep rest of dry fruits powder ready. Coat the prepared paneer sweets by rolling over them.
  5. Keep in fridge to set and garnish with orange marmalade, pistachio and rose petals.
  6. Enjoy healthy sweets.

Notes

You can use any dryfruits like almonds, walnuts , pistachio etc.

Prefer using castor sugar and you can increase or decrease quantity as per taste.

As it was occasion of holi I have added little thandai powder as well.
