Oats are one of the commonly found food these days in Indian kitchens, it has become our staple food now, but some people still find it difficult to adapt. Today I bring you a super delicious & easy to make recipe which everyone would love to indulge in. This dish will satiate your sweet tooth if you have one & will provide a great source of fiber. So I am sharing oats & apple pudding for all those you have not started oats yet & a new taste for the ones already into it... This recipe is surely a healthy replacement to traditional rice pudding.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup old fashioned flat oats
- 2 cup skimmed milk
- 2 Spoon sugar free powder or 2 spoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 apple cut into small cubes
- 2-3 walnut kernels roughly chopped
- 4-5 almonds roughly chopped

Instructions
- Boil the oats in milk for 4-5 mins & take out in a Jar
- Now add sugar free or Honey, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder.
- Mix well & refrigerate for half n hour
- Now top it with apple, walnut & almond & refrigerate for 1 hour. Let it set !
- Take out & serve chilled
Notes
- Can add milkmaid to make it more rich
- Can also add in more fruits
