  • Curry leaves
  • Hong -pinch
  • Onion -chopped
  • Carrot -grated
  • Sooji-1cup
  • Curd -1/4cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Eno
  • Green chilly
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice -1tsp
How to cook?
  1. Roast oats in a pan for two min and let it be cool heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves hing and sauté it add onion and suji and sauté it
Notes

You can add any vegetables to make idli healthy
