About Oats Focaccia
It's my hobby to make new dishes.This recipe is specially dedicated to my son and all other health conscious people. Under several categories of bread there is focaccia type in which flour and wheat is used to prepare it commercially , I prefer to use South Indian flavours in tadka , so I substituted the same with oats , Curd, butter , Olive oil, lots of vegetables, cheese ,olives, jalapeno, zucchini and chilli to make it a complete nutrition packed healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats (crushed)
- 1 cup Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Masala (or pani pani puri)
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cube Cheese (nos greated)
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 5 Beans (nos chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrot (grated)
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 slice Olive Slice 2 Tbsp (olive)
- 2 tbsp Jalapeno
- 1 no Tomato
- 1 no Capsicum
- 1/2 slice Zucchini
- 1 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 3 leaves Spinach (nos chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 10 leaves Curry (nos)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 Cumin Seeds (sp)
- 1 Potato (boiled mashed)

Instructions
- Mix together the oats, yogurt, butter, mashed potato and salt until combined. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Meanwhile, chop all the veggies and keep it ready.
- In a kadai, heat the oil, sauté onions and chopped garlic then add beans and grated carrot along with salt and green chillis. Then add zucchini, capsicum, Jalapeno, coriander leaves and tomato sauce, mix well, and cook for one minute.Then add all
- Dry masala and mix it , Pour this mixture into the oats batter. Give it a mix.
- Prepare the tadka. For which heat up the oil and once hot add in the mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Let it crackle. And then add baking soda and 2 table spoon water then transfer to the oats batter.
- Give everything a final mix and quickly without wasting any time transfer it to the prepared baking tin.
- Then decorate the top with a line of grated carrot, olives, tomato, zucchini, spinach, coriander leaves and grated cheese. Sprinkle pink salt and black pepper over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 25 mins and then rest it for 5 min. Serve it hot.
