Oats & Flax Meal Crackers

Killing the hunger between meal times with some healthy munchies rather fried chips and sugar loaded snacks can be really good for our bodies. Keeping this in mind I created these sooper healthy crackers made with the goodness of Oats, Flax meal and Jaggery. These Oats & Flaxmeal crackers are easy and quick to make

  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup powdered oats
  • ¼ cup flax meal 25 grams
  • ¼ cup butter/ghee
  • ¼ cup jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • A pinch of salt


  • Mix together wheat flour, powdered oats, flax meal, powdered jaggery and salt in a bowl
  • Add butter and mix it well by rubbing between your palms and Add little milk to make the dough
  • Roll the dough in a thin sheet and cut it in your favorite shape and line them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Prick them with a fork 
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 12-14 minutes or till the sides are golden
