Ingredients
- cup Semolina half
- 1 cup Oats
- 3-4 tbsp Yoghurt sp
- An Onion finely chopped
- Green Chillies chopped
- Grated Ginger
- 1-2 leaves Curry mustard seeds and
- Eno fruit salt or salt, or eno salt or eno

Instructions
- Make a thick batter with the semolina, oats, yoghurt, water and salt. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- In a pan heat oil. Splutter the mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves.
- Add the onions, green chilly and ginger. Cook for few mins.Â
- Sdd this to the batter. Add eno and mix the batter well.
- Grease the appe patra pan and heat it. Add the batter and cover.
- Cook on low flame for 6-8 mins. Flip over and repeat the cooking time.
- Serve hot with any spicy dip. This yields about 20 appes.
