Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat
  • 1 cup mashed potato
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 cup green pea
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • Olive oil or butter for shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients oat, mashed potato, green pea, chopped green chilli, grated cheese, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients and give shape like Patti and keep aside.
  • Take frying pan add butter or olive oil then shallow fry. Both sides should be brown.
  • Serve the oat tikki with any sauce or without sauce.

Notes

If you need you can add little corn flour for binding.
You can put the cooked tikki inside the burgers.
