Ingredients for Oat Tikki

  • 1 cup soaked oat
  • 1 big size boiled mashed potato
  • 1/2 cup soakednutrela granules,
  • green chilli and fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp roasted jira powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to cook Oat Tikki

  1. Mashed all the above ingredients. Make small balls and press with Palm.
  2. Shallow fry both sides will be crispy.
  3. Serve with chutney

Notes

Good for breakfast.
